Owlpha shows live market data (crypto, stocks, forex, and commodities) and generates AI-written, educational analysis of charts you choose. All output is informational and framed for learning. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and AI output may contain errors. Do not rely on the App for any financial decision.
The App is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and is not licensed to provide investment advice. Content is general in nature and not tailored to your circumstances. Consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision.
Owlpha offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and yearly) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any free trial’s unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Your use is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, resell or redistribute its content or data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, its design, and its original content are owned by us or our licensors. Market data and news belong to their respective providers.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on market data or AI output.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
